Shipping
We will inform you about the shipment of the goods by e-mail. Since communication with you takes place primarily via e-mail, please ensure that you provide a valid e-mail address.
Shipment is generally carried out by the following transport companies:

Within Germany: via GLS

Outside Germany: via DHL and DHL Express

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer exercises their right of withdrawal.
Within Germany: Delivery is free of charge for orders with a value of EUR 80 or more. For orders under EUR 80, we charge a flat shipping rate of EUR 6.
EU countries: Delivery is free of charge for orders with a value of EUR 130.00 or more. For orders under EUR 130.00, we charge a flat shipping rate of EUR 20.00, excluding Austria and Luxembourg (EUR 12.00). For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the flat shipping rate is CHF 20.00; delivery is free of charge for Switzerland from an order value of CHF 140.00 and for Liechtenstein from CHF 150.00. For the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, the flat shipping rate is GBP 15.00; delivery is free of charge for orders with a value of GBP 150.00 or more.

Orders to foreign countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional costs for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs authorities.
Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
