  2. Waist: Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping it horizontal around your body.
  3. Hips: Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around the widest part of your buttocks.
  4. Height: Measure from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, without wearing shoes.
